Boat reservations in Guanacaste Fishing, must be guaranteed by a credit card or PayPal deposit, which can be $100 or up to 30%, depending on the boat you choose; the remaining balance of the fishing tour is collected on the day of the fishing trip in cash preferably once on board.
All credit card transactions are taxable; if you want to pay the balance of the boat by credit card, there will be an additional charge of 13%, these are government taxes, therefore we recommend that you bring cash to pay your balance.
CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be a 100% refund of the deposit, if the Captain cancels the fishing trip due to bad weather or some unexpected anomaly, we will try to rebook your fishing trip for a better day if the client’s schedule allows it, if not, You will receive your deposit.
When you book a fishing trip, we guarantee that this boat is only for you and for no one else, it is an exclusive boat for you; By not showing up, our captains will be confused wondering what happened to you or your fishing party and the boat already ready to go.
1 – There will be no refund if you cancel your reservation 1 or 2 days before the fishing trip. At best, we can coordinate with you to reschedule your trip if you or the ship are available.

2 – When you book a fishing trip, we do not book anyone else for that day; If you don’t show up, leave the captain and deckhand waiting on the boat fully prepared wondering where your customers are; That is why it is important that you notify us a day before that everything is fine or not for the fishing trip.
GENERAL POLICY
– Time: Recommended to be 10 minutes before the departure time on the pick up location.
– Rates: Rates are subject to change and do not include the usual gratuity for the crew (20%).

– Safety: The safety and enjoyment of our passengers and crew is extremely important. It will be the exclusive decision of the Captain of the boat to evaluate the equipment, the water and the climatic conditions regarding the actual departure.
– If a cancellation must be made under the above circumstances, it will be up to the client to return the deposit or reschedule the fishing tour.
– Medical indications: Please inform us of any medical problems or special requirements at the time of booking.
– Alcohol: beer is allowed, but do not abuse them. Always drink responsibly.
